The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Ennio at the check-in desk. The location is fantastic, close to the City Centre and within walking distance to all key scenic areas. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless clean, had a fantastic location near the Rialto bridge, and the staff was lovely. The reasonably priced breakfast was a great bonus.
